Understanding Your Member Portal

Your Member Portal is the gateway to accessing all of the amenities that the DFC has to offer. All event registrations will be available under the Events dropdown tab. Viewing events in the Calendar allows for ease in registration and has replaced the old Club Google Calendar.

Members have the ability to reserve bookings for tennis courts, pickleball courts and lap lanes up to three days in advance at 8:00pm under the Book A Court/Lap Lane dropdown tab. For example, if you are trying to get a court for Saturday morning, you would log into your Member Portal and could begin reserving that court on Wednesday night at 8:00pm.

All events and reservations will be accompanied by an automatic confirmation email that can be inputted directly into your online personal calendar (iOS, Outlook, etc.).

Your Member Portal will also be the hub for managing your DFC account balance, editing family member information, event registrations and reservations. All of this will be important for you to know what is happening under your membership and details regarding your monthly invoice.
