Raleigh Pro League Ends Summer Exhibition Season at DFC

On a beautiful Friday evening in August, the Duke Faculty Club welcomed over 100 members and guests who enjoyed exciting tennis and pickleball matches as part of the Raleigh Pro League’s summer exhibition series (@raleighproleague).

The evening started at 5:30pm with an energetic and entertaining pickleball exhibition match featuring our own Chris Jaques, Brian Rosenthal (Director of RPL), Nathan Evans (Pickles 'N Play Coach) and Tyler Hansbrough (former UNC & NBA basketball player).

DJ Randy provided lively tunes throughout the evening. Kids climbed on a gigantic inflatable obstacle course. Guests enjoyed an on-court dinner buffet featuring Nuvotaco (@nuvotacodurham) and local beers.

The evening festivities continued with an amazing mixed doubles tennis match featuring Caylan Ashworth and Quentin Guichard vs. Maria Belaya and Gabriel Cucalon.

Raleigh Pro League’s regular season starts on Friday, September 6^th at North Hills Club in Raleigh.
