Fitness Facilities and Programs
There are multiple fitness opportunities available at the Duke Faculty Club.
Our fully equipped fitness center offers a large selection of cardio equipment, strength training machines, free weights, stretching areas, and more. The facility is generally open from 6:00am to 8:00pm weekdays, and 8:00am (Saturday) and 9:00am (Sunday) to 8:00pm on weekends.
If you seek an individualized fitness program, our Fitness Assessments and Personal Trainers can empower you with the knowledge and skills needed to help you achieve your fitness goals.
For a social, but structured workout, try one of our many Group Fitness Classes.
Of course, if the weather is nice (which it often is) you can get your fitness fix outdoors along the Duke Forest Walking/Running Trails.
