Personalized Fitness
There are many ways a personal trainer can enhance your exercise program. A personal trainer can help improve your motivation, your work out skill and efficiency, and match a program to your specific fitness needs and goals.
Whether you are interested in improving flexibility or strength, increasing energy, decreasing stress, or improving your cardio, our personal training program can empower you with the skills and knowledge to exercise smarter and safer than you imagined. Training sessions are available for ages 13 and up.
In addition to one-on-one training, the DFC offers the following services:
- Fitness Assessment - Gauge your current health status including body composition, cardiovascular endurance, muscular endurance, and flexibility. This is a great way to jump start a fitness program or to track the progress of your current plan. Fitness Assessments are 45 minutes in duration.
- Exercise Prescription Plan - Customized workout routine based on your goals and fitness level. Must complete a coaching call or personal training session prior to receiving an exercise prescription.

Cancellation Policy
The DFC follows a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you do not cancel your registration in advance, the charge will not be taken off your account.
