Step 1: members

  • Fill in your contact information.
  • "Membership Name" is the last name of the person under which your DFC Membership is listed (the primary account holder). It may be different than the last name of the person paying the invoice.
  • Payment amount must include total dollars and cents (ex: 0.00).
  • "Membership ID" must be four digits in length.
  • Press "Proceed to Next Step" when done.

Step 1: Non-members

  • Fill in your contact information.
  • For "Membership Name" please enter full name of the account holder.
  • Payment amount must include total dollars and cents (ex: 0.00).
  • For "Membership ID" please enter "1111".
  • Press "Proceed to Next Step" when done.

Step 2:

  • Confirm that your membership and invoice information is correct.
  • Press "Make Changes" if any information is incorrect. Otherwise, press "Proceed for Payment".

Step 3:

  • Fill in your bank information.
  • The routing number must be 9 DIGITS in length.
  • Double check that your information is all correct and press "Submit Payment to DFC" when done.
  • You will receive an email confirmation when the transaction goes through.

Duke Faculty Club Refund Policy

All Duke Faculty Club refund requests must be emailed to our Faculty Club inbox (facultyclub@duke.edu). Cancellation policies vary from program to program. For our tennis, aquatics and fitness departments, all cancelations need to be made at least 24 hours in advance, no refunds will be given after 24 hours. For our camp department, we will not be refunding any camp payments after June 1. Cancelations prior to June 1 will receive a 50% refund. 

Duke Faculty Club Membership Pricing

The 2023/23 annual Family Membership has membership dues of $1400 with a $1500 initiation fee. The 2023/24 annual Single Memberships have membership dues of $1000 with a $1050 initiation fee.
