Fees

Initiation Fee
There is a one-time, non-refundable fee of $1,000 for every Regular member. The fee must be paid at the time of joining.

Annual Dues
The Club's Membership year is from April 1 to March 31. The annual dues of $790 must be paid in full at the time of joining. Regular members joining after October 1st will pay prorated annual dues. There is no prorating of dues before October 1st. All members are then billed every March and the annual dues must be paid by April 1st to retain active status. Transient members pay dues at a rate higher than Regular membership dues with no initiation fee. This dues amount is determined by the Board of Governors each fiscal year. Transient dues are not prorated.

Guest Fee Policy
Since the Faculty Club is a private club, the guest fee applies to any member bringing a guest for any activity to include picnicking, using the locker rooms, pools, tennis courts, playground, ball machine or exercise facility. ALL GUEST(S) MUST BE WITH A MEMBER WHILE ATTENDING THE CLUB. If you bring a guest(s) to the Club, you must fill out a guest slip (located at the main entrance, on the sign-in table, in the office). Every slip should have the first and last name of the membership. Guests' names should be listed under the appropriate category.
The categories are as follows:

  • ELIGIBLE GUEST - ($10) is any person who is eligible to join the Faculty Club, but has chosen not to for whatever reason. If there is a waiting list to join the club, the guest fee is only $5.00.
  • NON ELIGIBLE GUEST - ($5) is any person who is not eligible to join the Faculty Club.
  • CHILDREN 12 & UNDER - ($3) is any person who is 12 years of age or under.

Billing
Members are billed every March 1st for annual dues. The dues must be paid in full in order to activate for the next fiscal year (April 1 to March 31). All pro shop, guest fee, tennis, swimming and fitness charges are billed monthly.
