There are many ways a personal trainer can enhance your exercise program. A personal trainer can help improve your motivation, your work out skill and efficiency, and match a program to your specific needs. Whether your goals are to improve flexibility or strength, increase energy, decrease stress, or lose weight, our personal training program can help you learn how to exercise smarter and safer than you imagined.
We offer three personal training options:
Jump Start - Are you a first time exerciser interested in designing a fitness routine? Or perhaps you just need a refresher on the equipment, exercises, and goal-setting? Then sign-up for a Jump Start session today! Cost is $50 for one session, $135 for 3 sessions, or $200 for five sessions.
Empower – Spice up your routine with one of our fitness-specific sessions. New conditioning drills and strength exercises will Empower you with the skills to take your fitness to the next level. Cost is $50 per session. Categories are:
- Sport-specific conditioning (Tennis, Swimming, or Triathlon)
- Stability Ball & Balance Training
- Healthy Back Core Strength and Flexibility
- Advance Core Strengthening
- Speed , Agility, and Plyometrics
Pulse Check – Are you wondering how fit you really are and if you are actually improving? Then sign-up for a Pulse Check and receive a seasonal fitness assessment and program review. Four times a year, meet with a trainer to assess your strength, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, and body composition. Cost is $160 for a package of four sessions.
