We offer a fully equipped Fitness Room with a large selection of cardio equipment, strength training machines, and free weights.
If you seek an individualized fitness program, our Fitness Assessments and Personal Trainers can empower you with the knowledge and skills needed to help you achieve your fitness goals.
For a social, but structured workout, try one of our many Group Fitness Classes.
Of course, if the weather is nice (which it often is) you can get your fitness fix outdoors along the Duke Forest Walking/Running Trails.

- Saturdays: 8:00am - 8:00pm
- Sundays: 9:00am - 8:00pm
- Open until 9:00pm on all days during the summer
